  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design Firm/ Architecture/ Developer company.
  • Should be aware of of safety practices required for site execution.
  • Will have to prepare MIS reports.
  • Should take measurement for Electrical works.
  • Should be capable of liasioning with customer & Contractors.
  • Should manage Site Execution independently.
  • Proficiency in AutoCad is required. Skills in cost estimation, work program preparation and ability to take the lead on multiple projects, project administration ability.
  • Should be able to read, write & communicate in English & Bengali language.
  • Knowing Hind language will be an added advantage
  • Computer Knowledge:MS word,MS Excel, MS Power Point,
  • The candidate must be experienced and knows his/her job clearly.
  • Must be smart, dedicated and well-organized.
  • Should be fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD-13, ArchiCAD Version -15 and Revit Architecture Software Knowledge is Must.
