- 2-3 years of work experience as psychotherapist.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Able to provide counseling autonomously
- Able to provide training and counseling sessions for self-help groups and communities
- Able to implement policy and to give input for policy development
- Basic computer skills
- Management experience
