Job Description / Responsibility

• Sale UPVC Window & Door, Building material and Etc.
• Must be capable to achieve monthly sales target & collection;
• Achieve company`s goal through Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing,
• Database Marketing and Tele Marketing;
• Collect booking money and down payment from the new clients;
• Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of Project and products
• Do all kinds of needful to meet individual and team sales target.
• Generate creative ideas to secure new Customers and enhance existing sales;
• Build a strong relationship and keep in touch with Customer`s;

Educational Requirements

Candidate must be a Graduate/ BBA/ MBA/ Masters in any discipline from any reputed university

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 22 to 30 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing & corporate sales
• The applicants will get preference in the following business area(s): Real Estate/ Developer, Direct selling/ Marketing service company & retail etc.
• To achieve sales target
• Good communication interpersonal & presentation skill.
• Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.
• Candidate should be computer friendly
• Candidate must follow the organization terms and condition
• Good command in Bengali and English

• Salary Range and Other Benefits: Negotiable and handsome incentive against selling @ of companies incentive policy for the first three months.
• After successfully completion of first three month he/she will be appointed as an Executive (sales) for the provision of six months with sales target.
• After successfully completion of provision period he/she will be appointed as a regular employee under the present pay scale and incentive policy of the company.
