Educational Requirements
    Master of Social Science with minimum three 1st classes/ CGPA 3.00. Educational result may be relaxed for those who have sufficient experience in the relevant field. No 3rd division/ class or similar result is acceptable.


Additional Job Requirements
  • Age below or equal to 33 year(s)
  • Post graduation degree from Psychology/ Women & Gender Studies will get preference.
  • Have to be gender sensitive with sound knowledge and experience on gender issues.
  • Experience in preparing training module and material is an asset.
  • Good analytical skill and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel regularly at field/ remote areas.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Bengali.
Salary Range
  • TK.20000 - 25000
