Job Description / Responsibility

• Project planning to initiate any construction project
• Vast knowledge about structural analysis & design (efficiency in auto cad & Etabs/ staadpro is must)
• Working ability as a team leader to Co ordination with architect, legal authority, local authority, site engineer & others as required
• Monitoring and follow-up all work progress as per work schedule
• Clear knowledge about materials quality
• Ensure quality of work, material control and time management
• Supervise all civil and engineering work
• Prepare and estimate all civil and engineering work
• To manage the contractors/deed of agreements for all civil and engineering work
• Ability to make proper guide lines to all site engineers to ensure the construction work as per structural & architectural drawings
• Good knowledge about estimating & break down of rate analysis according to PWD.
• Ability to find out the actual contractors for different types of work to execute the project within the schedule time
• Sharp knowledge about bill checking to ensure the proper utilization of money

BSc/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed university

• 5 to 10 year(s)

• Age below or equal to 35 year(s)

• Effective communication skills as well as negotiation skills with strong leadership is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge on AUTO CAD is must
• Candidate should be computer friendly

• Good command in Bengali and English
